Made-to-Order Products
Each product is made just for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error with your item.

If There’s a Problem With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we are unable to make changes.
